Goals
Through the use of pre- and post- surveys we will monitor students
Plan
We will contact Pulaski Technical College to partner with them. We will identify other colleges with culinary departments as a means to reach out to other communities throughout the country. We will write educational materials for these schools that will outline the process of starting their own workshop series. We will identify healthy and delicious recipes to provide children with a one-page brochure. We plan to use pre- and post-surveys to provide quantifiable data to gauge the effectiveness our workshop. Who are potential partners? We will partner with: Pulaski Technical College in Arkansas, colleges with culinary programs throughout the country, students, parents, and children. How will you inspire others to get involved? All of our team members are dedicated to the issue of public health. Dimas Espinola is currently volunteering at Arkansas Children
