Not sure if you can help. But I have an idea for CGI. I checked out the CGI website, however there is no place for ideas or direct contact, just commitments. I read the article in TIME "Recycling Food Scraps" June 23, 2008. I was amazed at how much MORE of an impact food garbage has on global warming than CO2. The even more amazing thing is there is a very effective means to reduce the methane produced from food garbage. Unfortunately the program has yet to be implemented in many places, most likely due to money. If there is a person or company who wanted to give a large block of their money for the cause of curbing global warming, maybe CGI can hook them up with this idea.
